  • Are you cruelty free?

Yes Honey Kissed is completely cruelty free - no products or ingredients will ever be tested on animals. 

  • Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

  • Am I responsible for duties or customs?

Honey Kissed is not responsible for any customs clearance or delays. Please check with your local customs office to learn more.

  • My package just got returned, what now?

Unfortunately, if your package is returned - additional shipping fees may apply.

  • Do you accept wholesale orders?

We do accept wholesale orders and we do NOT accept private label inquiries. Please email for more information.

  • When will my order ship?

Estimated shipping time is about 12-16** business days & 3-5 for domestic shipping and 5-10 for international. Because we are a small business, delays can occur. Please plan ahead.

  • How can i track my order?

When we begin to print a label for your order, you will receive a tracking number. This tracking number can take up to one week to update with the whereabouts of your order while we package it and wait for it to be accepted by USPS. If your order is in this stage for more than 7 days, please contact support.

  • My package was stolen, can i have a refund?

Unfortunately, if your package is marked 'delivered' by USPS, you are not eligible for a refund. 

  • My item is missing and i accidentally put the incorrect address, what can i do?

Sadly, we are not responsible for misentered information. If you realize you have given us an incorrect address - please contact us immediately. We will do our best to change it. 

  • My items arrived damaged - what do i do?

If your order arrives damaged please contact support within 72 hours of receipt of delivery. Send clear images of damage to support@gethoneykissed.com and we will come up with an easy solution. 

  • I've decided I don't want my product can i cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time before it ships but a cancellation fee will occur and shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

  • Why does my order take so long? When i ordered from _____ it didn't take this long.

Because we are a handmade company our processing time is longer than other companies you may order from. We ask that when you order from us you understand that there are two hands making each order. We are working to build a trustworthy team of people to create quality products but until then, we are doing our absolute best to get your orders to you in a timely fashion.

  • Why do the colors in the makeup look different online?

There are many factors that could slightly change the color of your palette or items viewed on our website. Factors includes your computer/phone settings, lighting, and sometimes even personal preferences.

If you are not satisfied with the colors, you may return unused like new and in original like new packaging products within for an exchange. For a return for a refund please see our return policy. Please note that used products will not be accepted for returns under any circumstances.
